Specific terms include:

• Cancellation - please email team@hannahmedium.co.uk with 48 working hours notice (not weekends or bank holidays). We need 48 working hours notice to stop payments being taken on instalments. There are no refunds for monies already paid.
• Please note, this is coaching not counselling. You agree not to use this school if there is any doubt that you are struggling with your mental health. We are under no uncertain terms from our insurer that we are unable to provide support, health advice or any other connection with anyone suffering in this way. Please understand, we completely sympathise, but we do not have the necessary skills to support you. If you're in a bad place and need professional help, please speak to your GP or visit the NHS Website. If you need help urgently, Samaritans can be reached on 116 123 in the UK. Please call them and take care.
• We only want to work with students who want others to do well. If you behave in a way that makes us feel you do not want to provide a safe space for people to work and practice you will be removed from the school and all future payments cancelled. You will not receive a refund for payments made so far.
• This membership does not give you one on one time with Hannah, please do not expect private phone calls, coaching and emails, please be respectful of this and use the community function for queries where possible.
• You are not allowed to repurpose or use the content of this course for your own platform.
